Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original MasterChef packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
